MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding is generally used for large and thick materials. It employs a consumable wire that acts as both the electrode and the filler material. Compared to TIG welding, it is much faster, resulting in shorter lead times and lower production costs.

Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) also known as “Dual-Shield Welding,” is a semi-automatic arc welding process that is similar to Metal Active Gas (MAG) Welding. Given the correct filler material and flux composition, it’s a flexible welding process suitable for all position welding. With its high deposition rates, Flux-Cored Arc Welding is extremely efficient and therefore provides high quality welds with a stellar appearance.

We utilize a state-of-the-art software system that can receive design and engineering files, translate them directly into machine tool programs, and then produce the desired parts through our CNC equipment.
